during the long weekend (IMU staff trip. so we had two days of holiday. erm, study break more like it) emily planned a lunch for our birthday girl, evelyn.
it was a bit belated but nevermind =)
we went to Swenson's in suabng parade...

my pasta. chicken mushroom spaghetti. its something new from the menu. haven't been to swenson's for a long time. the menu has completely changed. well, except some of the deserts.ooo they have this new chocolate fondue set for 2 people. can't wait to try it next time!

the soup (not sure what soup it was) that came with my pasta. its some executive lunch set. comes with this soup, a glass of sprite/coffee/tea and one scoop of ice cream.
our ice cream. my sticky chewy chocolate and evelyn's cookies & cream.
the deesert we ordered to share. apple crumble. interesting presentation. in a cute little pan.it is served with fresh apple chunks and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. delicious!
but we didn't take photos of ourselves...was too focused on eating, taking photos of food and chatting about everything =)
evelyn, even though your birthday was about 2 weeks ago, i must must mention it in my blog. cos you are such a good friend to me and its your 21ST birthday, isn't that like one of THE most important birthday? hehe. and eventhough you mention you don't feel like being 21 years old cos someone who is 21 is supposed to be mature and responsible, i think you are mature. and yeah, all of us tend to be childish and wacky sometimes..
i've known you since primary school, ermmm it was standard 4 i think. and i can't really remember our primary school days actually. oh well. but in high school, we have never been in the same class but i got really close to you somehow. and now its easier since i always bump into you in IMU.
evelyn, you're such a warm, friendly, caring and wonderful person.and you're always ready to brighten up anyones day with your smile =) I'm so lucky to have you as a friend. i wish you all the best in your studies and in your life.
