My latest baking project is Nutella Cupcakes. or chocolate hazelnut cupcake.
Ingredients:
100g dark chocolate
65g butter
100g Nutella
65g brown sugar (i put only 40g but i think sugar is unnecessary. the choch is sweet enough)
100g ground almond
2 eggs
1. Melt the chocolate, butter and Nutella. Mix until smooth (A)
2. Separate eggs
3. Beat egg yolk with brown sugar
4. Mix (A)
5. Beat egg white until soft peaks form
6. Fold in egg whites into batter
7. Spoon batter into paper cups in muffin tray
8. Bake in pre-heated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes
and comes my favourite part. Decorating!
i used whipping cream, hundreds and thousands, Hershey chocolate syrup and chocolate curls.
