and a write up on NST

its like a bread boutique, so inviting, coupled with the tantalizing sight and smell of the bread and pastries!

since we were so tired, we decided to buy some bread to try and just sit and relax.Plus my dad was so eager to try it out after reading many food blogs ! Pavillion was our last stop (started from berjaya time square to sungai wang, to Lot10 and then to pavillion)the bread is SUPER PRICEY! yet there were quite of number of people milling about the shop, deciding which scrumptious pastry to pick!

what we had...

chicken ham and cheese (rm 4.80) oooo, i really loved this bread. its rolled up with chicken ham slices and cheese and sprinkles with herbs. the bread was soft and nice and the cheese was oh-so delicious. the herbs greatly complimented it, without being too overpowering.
this is the chocolate crumble. (rm3.60) reminds me of cinnamon rolls. quite yummy too. it is filled with chocolate chips and topped with nuts.

oh, one thing i must mention..the packaging is so unique. they give you this hard cardboard box lined with paper and you pick the bread you want, pay and just take the whole thing. its quite environmental friendly. it is reusable and recyclable. my mum liked the box so much, we took both back! hehe

and the star of the day!!!!!

luxurious chocolate UHU-HU cheesecake!!!

the loaf recently launched the UHU-HU cheesecake. looks like cupcakes from afar, but you will notice that it is much flatter than most cupcakes. It is on promotion now till April 15. the introductory price is RM5.00 per piece. and a pre-pack box of 6 pieces is rm25.

because we were planning on having dinner soon, my sis only bought one piece just to try. and obviously, we'd go for chocolate.the topping of chocolate was sinfully rich.

excellent quality chocolate. so smooth and rich.

the chessecake was light & fluffy. what a wonderful combination. *melts*

must give it try, especially when the promotion is still going on =)
