convinced to try yoga yet?
well, personally, I've only been attending about ten one hour lesson up till now, so i can't really say, i feel all the benefits. but i really enjoy and look forward to my yoga classes. its a great work out and you'll be surprised that yoga might seem passive but i sweat alot and i feel great (although tired) after classes.
