XOXO goodies :)

ok boo, as promised..I'm going to display all my XOXO goodies i got from the warehouse sale
don't get jealous OK?? ;P don't even know when you're gonna read my blog, GO and STUDY for your finals!!!

apparently XOXO has closed down their shops in malaysia =(
so they were clearing their stock. all things marked down 70%.
i totally went crazy ;p eventhough it was a week away from exams. (yes, my life sort of centers around exams)
a puple spaghetti strap with criss cross strap (i like !!) the colour looks wierd here though >.<

Bags! finally got a huge bag. that is different from most of my other handbags.
got myself a new purse :)
love this top, especially the sequins :)

and they gave us these gorgeous paper bags.

cute sandals. have been eyeing it the last time i stepped into an XOXO shop in 1 UTAMA..which was...one or two years back.
and my FAVOURITE item of the day. a black tube top with corset design pink ribbon at the side. so sexy!! can't wait to wear it with my "fairy black skirt"


not going to expose how much my shopping spree costs =P

girls day out- food & shopping!!!

This post is a lil back dated..but never mind

It was evelyn's idea for us to go have a girls day out on Tuesday (19Th march) before her exam results on Wednesday. Plus sarah was also busy promoting this fantastic boutique (more info later!) so we decided to go to 1 Utama and then to the boutique.

on the night before.. i received a text message from evelyn and yin wei..Sarah requested us to wear "sweet girly clothes or summer dresses". and i thought, hey, this would be fun! =)

We (Yin wei, Crissida, Evelyn and myself)walked around 1 utama, nothing much to see what more buy. sigh.

Then we went for lunch at Jack's Place. all of us ordered the same set meal of the day. Its in the new wing of 1 utama

I shall do a "mini food review" here =p
ok, for the set meal. we were served...

potato and leek soup with garlic bread. the soup was thick and creamy, with small bits of potato.no taste of leek though. (even though I'm not quite sure how leek tastes like..)

the bread..nice and crispy.

the main course..fish fillet with calamansi sauce, peas, carrot and roast potatoes. A nice change from eating chicken all the time. and it is a complete meal. protein, carbs and vitamins =)
the fish was not bad, the sauce..its a lil sour n spicy and sweet.
and evelyn had a problem with the peas and exchanged it for carrots from crissida.

the roast potatoes were good =)
for dessert..no photos. we had a fruit cup. with dragon fruit, watermelon and honeydew, i think. and a cup of tea/coffee. the set meal is rm15.90++ (comes about rm 18 ) quite worth it. nice ambiance and good service

and of course..we were snapping photos while waiting for the food

after lunch we continued shopping..
Yin Wei was looking for a cap for her friend so..we went cap shopping and became "cap models" LOL

the guy was looking at us in a weird way. hahaha

i think she bought the black n white one on crissida..

Then our next stop was to KDU to pick Sarah up and then to AURORA. a girl's shopping haven.

the last time i went there (before CNY) i bought 3 items..

then we adjourned to cats whiskers nearby. but not fruitful for me either. so not my day

but hanging out with my girlfriends was enough to make me happy! =)

earring hanger

i bought an earring hanger. the type where you can see in shops selling earrings.
tons more easier to organize and display my beautiful collection of earrings.
i'm so addicted to earrings. especially long dangly crystal ones =D
my favorite shops being ABOVE, those in THE CURVE BAZAAR and the 3 or 4 for 10 ringgit stalls in shopping malls.
found it in the wholesale shops selling earings, braclets and stuff in petaling street.its only 25 ringgit.
so so happy!!

book warehouse sale

bookworms take note!
there is a big bookshop warehouse sale in ATRIA SHOPPING MALL, damansara jaya.
many good buys =)
bought a meg Cabot novel for only RM 10!!!
and a hard cover book on therapies-yoga&pilates&meditation&stress relief for only RM19.90
there is a wide range of books-recipe books from as low as RM2... didn't buy any this time cos i bought tons during the previous sale, to classic novels from the likes of jane austen to charles dickens, to modern chic-lit (my favorite!) and educational books, as well as books for hobbies like sewing, art&crafts etc...

to all shopaholics!
there is this mall at cheras, selling branded clothes, watches, luggage and gifts at a reduced price.
its QUEEN'S PARK in cheras, kuala lumpur.
go and dig out Sunday's paper, THE STAR, page 12 of METRO section.
since I'm horrible and directions..don't ask me.
there is an ESPRIT outlet there with end of season clothing, which are as good as the ones you get at the esprit in shopping malls.the price is tons better =)
who cares if its out of season. not like anyone will know.
they have a wide range of tank tops, t shirts, jackets, bags, purses, jeans and skirt. can get a nice t shirt for rm20-rm30. and jeans about 100 plus...
and a FACTORY OUTLET STORE... with a lot of guys t-shirts and for ladies, lots of tops and skirts sometimes. for as a low as 10 ringgit for a nice top. i remember once i bought FIVE 10 ringgit tops =)
and they have new stock every now and then so, you have to be pretty lucky. to go at the right time..
and there is a lovely lace outlet store too. cheap nice gifts. think soft toys, frilly cushions and fancy figurines, trinket boxes and all sorts of girly-things
and a travel for all shop. luggage, sweaters..
they also sell branded watches (think Gucci, Guess, Casio etc) and baby stuff (anankku shop)


and the best part is.....


MNG will be opening a store there in mid June (whohoo~~~) that will occupy FIVE lots!!!
cannot wait!!! =)
