muffin galore

step by step guide to yummy chocolate chip muffins.
perfect for breakfast or tea-time, especially when it is fresh from the oven..hehe


ingredients:
(A)
2 and 2/3 cups all purpose flour
1/3 cups cocoa powder
1/2 cup sugar (i reduce it to 1/3 cup)
3 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
(B)
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup oil
1 egg, beaten

3/4 cup chocolate chips
nibbed almond (optional)

METHOD:
1.preheat oven to 190 degrees Celsius
2.grease bottom of 12 muffin cups or line with paper baking cups.
3.in a bowl combine all in ingredients in (A)
4.in another bowl, combine ingredients in (B)
5.Add (B) into (A) all at once and add chocolate chips and stir JUST UNTIL DRY INGREDIENTS ARE MOISTEN. DO NOT OVER BEAT- MUFFINS MAY TURN OUT HARD!!!!
you might need to add a little bit more milk if the batter seems dry.
6.fill muffin cups with beater until about 3/4 full.
7. sprinkle with nibbed almond if desired
8. bake at 190 Celsius for 20-25 minutes. cool for one minute before removing from pan
